At Standard Researcher, we are committed to providing high-quality research compounds and dependable service. If an issue arises with your order, we will work with you to resolve it promptly and fairly.

Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.


1. Return Eligibility

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, returns are limited and only accepted under specific circumstances.

A return may be approved if:

  • The product arrived damaged during shipping
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • A return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

All return requests must be approved by Standard Researcher before items are sent back.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, compliance, and quality control reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have been altered or improperly stored
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Products returned outside the approved return window

These restrictions help ensure the integrity and safety of research materials.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Once verified, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases where the error was caused by Standard Researcher.


5. Return Shipping

If a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was damaged during shipment, or
  • An incorrect item was sent

Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.


7. Quality Assurance

At Standard Researcher, all products undergo strict quality control and may include supporting documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COAs) where applicable.
